Paper Jam Inside Printer
Paper has stopped feeding and is trapped inside the feed rollers, carriage bay, or rear duplexer.
Multiple Sheets Feeding at Once
The printer pulls 2 to 5 sheets of paper simultaneously, causing overlapping jams or blank wasted sheets.
Paper Not Feeding / Tray Empty Error
Rollers spin and make noise, but fail to pick up paper from the tray, displaying "Out of Paper".
Printer Ejecting Completely Blank Pages
The printer feeds paper normally and sounds like it is printing, but leaves the page completely white.
Faded, Washed-Out, or Faint Prints
Printed pages are too light to read, grey instead of black, or faded across one side of the sheet.
Lines, Streaks, Smudges & Banding
Horizontal or vertical lines, ink smudging, repeating spots, or incorrect colors appearing on printouts.
Wi-Fi Connection Failure / Printer Offline
Printer dropped off the local Wi-Fi network, refuses to reconnect, or shows "Offline" in Windows/macOS.
Printer Status Shows "Offline"
The printer is powered on and connected, but Windows or macOS marks it as Offline and will not send jobs.
"Driver Is Unavailable" / Corrupted Driver
Operating system displays "Driver is unavailable", refuses to recognize features, or print spooler crashes on print request.
Print Queue Stuck / Jobs Won't Delete
Documents in the print queue show "Deleting..." or "Error - Printing" forever and block all subsequent print jobs.
Extremely Slow Printing / Long Delays
The printer pauses for 30 seconds to several minutes between pages, or takes forever to start a print job.
